Introducing the My Workouts Dashboard
Until now, reviewing your training history meant opening the calendar and checking one date at a time. This update adds a dedicated summary screen — the My Workouts tab — to Workout Log, so you can read the whole picture at a glance.
It sits first in the tab list, but the app still opens on the Workout Calendar as before, so you can jump straight into logging without a detour.
What You Can See
- Headline metrics — active days, completed sets, number of sessions, and weekly training frequency
- Training mix — compare weights, cardio, relaxation stretching and activation stretching side by side
- Volume by area — completed weight sets broken down by muscle group, so you can spot imbalances
- Most frequent exercises — ranked by how many days you performed them, with a direct link to the form guide for any exercise linked to the reference wiki
- Personal bests — top lifts ranked by estimated 1RM, with the date you achieved them
- Last workout and total cardio distance — quick signals for whether your streak is holding
Choose Your Window
Switch between the last 30 days, the last 90 days, or all time. Your selection is reflected in the URL, so refreshing the page or saving the link restores exactly the same view.
Counted Honestly: Completed Work Only
Every figure on the dashboard reflects only the sets you marked complete — the same rule used by the calendar and monthly statistics. Work you planned but never performed will not inflate your numbers.
Also Improved
- No more first-paint flicker — arriving via a link that carries parameters (a shared link or bookmark) no longer causes the view to re-render once.
- Continue an existing record — opening a date you already logged now takes you straight to editing that record rather than a blank new one.
- Removed leftover behaviour where the note was pre-filled with the first day of a recommended routine.
- Fixed record names not saving when edited.
